WSD3 Device Agreement
Because device replacement costs have changed, all students need a new Student Device Agreement signed by a parent or guardian for the 2026–27 school year. The agreement explains device care expectations and possible replacement costs so families know what to expect.
You will need your student’s ID number, which can be found in Infinite Campus.

Optional Student Device Protection for Families
Families may also choose optional School Device Coverage through U-PIC Insurance Services. This affordable, zero-deductible coverage helps protect student laptops from:
- Accidental drops
- Spills
Purchasing coverage can significantly reduce out-of-pocket repair or replacement costs for families.
Please note: Replacement chargers are not covered by this insurance.
