Athletic Packets and Physicals
It is mandatory that all Athletes have physical paperwork and an athletic packet complete to be able to come to practice and/or try out in any sport. Completed paperwork must be turned in to the front office.
Dynamic Family Medicine does accept walk-ins for sports physicals all throughout the year

The Pikes Peak Athletic Conference – Middle School (PPAC-MS)
Grand Mountain School (GMS) is a proud partner of the The Pikes Peak Athletic Conference – Middle School (PPAC-MS) was formed to improve the middle school athletic experience across the Colorado Springs metro and surrounding area. The PPAC-MS shall operate to provide competitive athletic opportunities for the middle schools, junior highs, and community schools serving 6th-8th grade in the Colorado Springs metro and surrounding area by aligning seasons and providing competitive opportunities across the region.

We have Varsity and Junior Varsity for all sports. Teams may also add a C-Team if coaches determine a need.

Cross Country @ Iron Horse Park: Enter Gate 1 (Nelson Blvd) from Hwy. 115. Take the first right in the roundabout onto Harr Ave. Turn left onto Sheridan Ave. Follow Sheridan through the stoplight. Iron Horse Park will be on the left.
- All spectators without a military ID must have a valid ID, insurance, and registration to access post. Visitors may be required to stop at the Visitors’ Center outside of Gate 1, on the right hand side. A background check may be completed to obtain a visitor’s pass.

From I-25, take Fountain exit #128 and head north to W. Ohio St (Loaf N Jug is on the corner). Turn right and the park is one mile on the right. From Powers Blvd-south on Powers to Hwy. 85-87 intersection. Head south 3 miles to West Ohio Street. Turn left and the park is one mile down on the right.
