The PTO (Parent Teacher Organization) is a vital component in bridging the gap between parents, teachers, staff, and students within the Grand Mountain community. As the founding PTO for Grand Mountain School, it is our hope that we can set a standard of excellence built upon integrity and trust for future boards and members.
Our mission is to enhance communication and trust between parents and the school by effectively building authentic relationships. In this mission we serve as positive advocates on behalf of both teachers and parents in building an effective community for our students.
In this, our third year, we are working on rebuilding the PTO. Due to all the Covid-19 restrictions last year, the PTO’s activities were very limited. We are very thrilled to be back in action this year. We are beginning to plan the Grand Mountain Schools first Stampede (aka fund run) and working with the school to prepare for the community parade. The PTO is excited to welcome in all the new staff, students and parents to Grand Mountain this year. Hold on to your hats because it is going to be one heck of a year! Go Mavericks!
